THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
Here's What To Expect
STAGE 1
We'll have a first consultation to chat about your business ideas, needs, truck requirements and all the nitty gritty details.
STAGE 2
ETC Liaises with our engineering team to develop your business concept and determine what’s right for you. We provide you with a 3D internal layout that we develop with you to guarantee all elements are on point to style and internal layout.
STAGE 3
Once the layout has been approved by our clients, a 40% deposit is requested to start production of your trailer. 40% 4 weeks thereafter to enable shipping and 20% on delivery. Timeframe is 8-10 weeks from order.
STAGE 4
Weekly video’s and pics are supplied to all of our clients to monitor the progress of your business on wheels.
STAGE 5
Production is complete and ready for shipping. ETC has their own local Fremantle Shipping Agents, together our team handles all import/customs and quarantine documents to guarantee delivery, inspection and clearance.
STAGE 6
Celebrate… Your amazing product has arrived and delivered to you. Time to hustle..
STAGE 7 (OPTIONAL)
Have us manage your website, social media and marketing with our in-house marketing team.
